Refund Policy

• Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect.
• Request for refund has to be made by whatsapp at +6012 727 1962, along with picture evidence, within 10 working days for all domestic orders from the date of delivery.
• If refund is valid, all items must be returned in original condition and not changed in any way, within 15 working days from the approval.
• Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning the items.
• We will issue you a refund and it may take up to 15 working days to process.
• You may also exchange the defect item with another same or different item, of which the difference in value shall be calculated.
• The management of Marmorino Tools reserves the rights to reject any non-defect damage or used items based on our discretion.
